On February 26, 2015, Zhongqiao Group held the first convention of 2015 in the remaining jubilance for the New Year. It is about sharing the experience of the outward bound themed by “win from implementation and unity” as well as awarding ceremony. Our consulate Mr. Guohong Wang and the coach of this outward bound Mr. Han Zhang were invited.
This convention is made up of four parts.
Firstly, Coach Zhang reviewed the details of this training. He also played three videos to show that 1. everyone is gifted with talents and potentials; 2.perseverance can awaken one`s potential; 3.execution is power.
Secondly, President Mr. Jiang delivered a speech. The year 2015 is a cold winter for the entire Chinese economy and many companies have to lay off employees, however, for Zhongqiao, it is still a year for rapid growth. We achieved great success in 2014 and we will keep marching in full speed in 2015. Mr. Jiang placed great expectations on each employee. He believes that every employee has the possibility to be a member of Zhongqiao leader.
The third part is the awarding ceremony for the essay competition about this outward bound. We nominated one first prize, two second prize, three third prize, five honorable mentions and several family participant prize.
The last is experience sharing of this training. Employees spoke on stage one after another, counting their shortcomings in work. They said this training helped them discover their problems and they would make greater efforts to grow with Zhongqiao group.
This convention turned out to be a great success. Not only did this meeting help pull their mind back to work but also gave confidence to realize our goal of 2015. We all believe that under the leadership of our president and the endeavor of our staff 2015 will be another big year.
