首先，姜柳华总经理深刻剖析了电力工程分公司上半年度的工程项目，对分公司上半年度完成的项目业绩表示了肯定，同时也对下半年度经营管理中心的工作提出了新的要求。要求分公司的经营团队要全力挖掘新项目，积极跟踪重点项目，同时维护好在建项目，牢固树立“发展是第一要务，效益是企业生命”的中心思想。
