On July 5, in order to implement the strategic plan of provincial Party Committee and provincial government to promote private enterprises in Sichuan to "go out" and "invite in" and promote Sino-US non-governmental exchanges, the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce and the AmericanInternational Chamber of Industries signed the “Strategic Cooperation Agreement between the Sichuan Federation of Industry and Commerce and the American International Chamber of industries in Chengdu”. (hereinafter referred to as "agreement").
The agreement focuses on the functions of both parties:
Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce mainly provides the corresponding government and enterprise demand information to each other, provides government and enterprise resources for the industrial projects introduced by the other side, establishes a regular mutual visit mechanism, uses its own resource advantages and political advantages to recommend each other to all levels of government and industrial and commercial contact system in Sichuan, and makes good links and service guarantee work for the development of each other's enterprises in Sichuan.
According to the planning needs of the provincial governments and enterprises, the American General Chamber of Commerce for International Industrial Investment has introduced the relevant international well-known high-end industrial chains into Sichuan. Including, but not limited to, industrial resources and projects such as education, culture, health care, sports, pension, information technology, new materials, high-end equipment manufacturing, automobile and parts, biomedicine, new energy, energy conservation and environmental protection, etc., to build international high-end industrial clusters and to build local influential projects; Actively respond to the propaganda policy of the government, and do a good job in attracting investment for high-quality projects of Sichuan governments at all levels; actively provide service functions for Sichuan private enterprises to go abroad and seek overseas business opportunities, project investment exchanges, enterprise listing, legal aid, etc. Introduce international high-end industrial resources, overseas fund placement and cooperation, overseas international project development, industrial parks and real estate development and operation, urban complex project development and operation, etc.; responsible for contacting Sichuan governments at various levels for overseas study and study tasks, and do a good job in contacting the government.
